Sharpline acquired the
55,000 Sq Ft S-T Industries (Scherr-Tumico) facility in St James, MN.
and acquired the precision gage lapping machine product line from S-T Industries Inc. and all S-T Industries Inc. Lapping machine parts, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
Sharpline has also acquired the remaining micrometer parts inventory and engineering drawings of S-T Industries.
The Scherr-Tumico trademark is registered with Sharpline Corporation.
The Scherr-Tumico Product & Lapping Machine Line, including the Scherr-Tumico name, Logos, engineering drawings, 2 lapping machines, mic parts,
some equipment,standards, & gages are for sale.
